In a session with Darlene, you can expect a warm welcome, genuine kindness, and an occasional moment of levity. She is authentic, curious, and insightful. She wants you to succeed in achieving your goals and dreams.
I believe today’s modern world is challenging to our minds, our bodies, and our spirits. People can feel isolated, alone, and at a loss for love and connection. I invite discussion about love and happiness, both of which are attainable for you. I enjoy working with clients who are pondering either current roles, new chapters in their lives, or modern societal concerns. I truly love witnessing clients of all ages discover motivation and energy as they learn more about themselves.
