More Than Just My Work
I am a proud and joyful mother to 2 amazing young adults. I enjoy exploring the arts, learning new things, and spying on birds.

“Change is not a threat to your life, but an invitation to live.”
Adrienne Rich
I believe today’s modern world is challenging to our minds, our bodies, and our spirits. People can feel isolated, alone, and at a loss for love and connection. I invite discussion about love and happiness, both of which are attainable for you. I enjoy working with clients who are pondering either current roles, new chapters in their lives, or modern societal concerns. I truly love witnessing clients of all ages discover motivation and energy as they learn more about themselves.
