I am the proud mother of three adult Gen Z kids. My own healing journey through a critical illness, divorce, and family grief and loss have shaped my understanding of love, courage and resilience.

Anne Languedoc

Anne’s passion is helping adults, families, and children improve the quality of their relationships in all domains of their lives, be it work, parenting, friendships or family life.

She specializes in neurodevelopmental trauma and supports adults and children struggling with ADHD, Autism, PTSD, reactive attachment, anxiety and chronically elevated stress responses. Anne’s clients seek meaningful insights, strength and solutions for setting healthier boundaries and learning coping strategies for overwhelming thoughts and emotions.

Finding the right fit with a therapist is very important, and asking for help can sometimes be hard. That’s ok. Anne’s signature strength is her empathetic and non-judgmental approach. Clients of all ages feel safe and held by her wise sense of compassion. Her authenticity and kindness in the therapeutic relationship support her clients’ remarkable personal transformations and inspire change. Anne helps people live from a place of heartfelt intention that leads to great healing.

Anne is a carpe diem person. She believes in creating daily moments of joy and magic and being of service in the community. She knows the power of deliberate intentions when we are in alignment with our true sense of self. She believes that if you can imagine the change you desire, you absolutely can create that change in your life!

She is a certified Expressive Arts Therapist specializing in experiential and expressive modalities. She is qualified to practice Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing for adults (EMDR level I) as well as Play-based EMDR for children and youth.

Anne holds a Master of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology from King’s College London (UK) and a BA in Fine Art from Emily Carr University of Art and Design. She is the recipient of the BC Lieutenant Governor’s Medal for Democracy, Inclusion, Diversity and Reconciliation.
